What's New?

New FM1 Pressure Reducing Valve

The 'ROMA' Fig. FM1 Pressure Reducing Valve is direct-acting, single seated, diaphragm controlled and spring regulated.

Reduced pressure acting upon the diaphragm controls the opening and closing of the valve against flow in accordance with the regulating spring setting.

The Valve is ideally suited for drop-tight installations of water, air, gas, oil and chemical services.

Stainless Steel Pressure Regulators

'ROMA' Fig. 514 Pressure Reducing Valves

This new product from Calorex is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and is suitable for controlling the pressures of a variety of fluids.

Sizes available:  8mm to 50mm, Screwed or Flanged.  The standard seals are of Nitrile, with the option of Viton.

With up to 7000 kPa inlet pressure and three alternative adjustable outlet pressure ranges of 100-300kPa, 200-800kPa and 700-1500kPa, it can be used for a wide range of pressure control applications.

Available with BSP, NPT or Flanged connections.

Cost Effective Pressure Reduction

'ROMA' Fig. 119 Ratio Reducing Valve

Calorex is now producing an alternative way to reduce pressure.

The Ratio Reducing Valve automatically controls the downstream pressure to a ratio of the upstream pressure (eg: 5:1).

Designed for pressure reducing applications where a constant outlet pressure is not essential, the simple construction of unbalanced pistons means a low-maintenance valve which is less likely to be subject to malfunction caused by foreign objects in the pipeline.

As a bonus, the Ratio Reducing Valve is cost-effective in comparison to pilot-operated pressure reducing valves.

Sizes available: 25mm to 150mm
