The Type ‘CD’ Fig. No. 512 Pressure Reducing Valve is direct-acting, self-contained, single seated, piston balanced, diaphragm controlled and spring regulated.

Reduced pressure is diverted to act upon the diaphragm and control the opening and closing of the valve against the flow in accordance with the regulating spring setting. The setting is unaffected by the inlet pressure variations in this balanced spindle valve.

Ideally suited to drop-tight applications of high pressure water, air, gas oil or chemical services.
